The short version, then the long one.

You write briefs, ScriptSeen writes scripts, the scripts are yours. Free accounts get a daily allowance; Pro is a monthly subscription you can cancel any time.

1. The service

ScriptSeen generates short-form video scripts from the briefs you enter. Output comes from an automated model; read it before you use it. We do not guarantee that any script is accurate, original in every phrase, suitable for a platform's rules, or that it will perform.

2. Your account

ScriptSeen is for video creators aged 13 or older, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any paid subscription. Do not use the service or submit personal information if you are under 13. Scout is an AI assistant, not a person.

On the web you sign in with Google. In the iOS app you sign in with Google or Apple. Keep the account secure; activity under it is yours. One person per account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu on the web or the Account tab in the iOS app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, circumvent limits, or attack the infrastructure.

You may connect AI agents using OAuth sign-in or personal agent tokens. A connected agent can spend your script and reference-audio allowances, so keep each token private and revoke access from Agent connections when you no longer use it.

3. Plans and payment

Pro renews automatically each month at the price and currency shown at checkout until you cancel. On the web, Stripe bills your payment method; cancel before your next billing date by opening the account menu and choosing Manage subscription. If you cannot sign in or use the portal, email hello@scriptseen.com for help cancelling. App Store subscriptions are managed in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. One Pro plan covers your account in both places.

Cancelling a web subscription stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law. For a mistaken or unauthorized web charge, email hello@scriptseen.com; contacting us within 14 days helps us investigate but does not limit your legal rights. App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We will notify you of a web subscription price change 7–30 days before it takes effect, with instructions for cancelling.

4. Your content

You retain your rights to content you provide. As between you and ScriptSeen, you may use, edit and publish generated scripts, and we assign to you any rights we have in them to the extent allowed by law. AI output may be similar to other people's output and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not guarantee exclusivity or that output is free of third-party rights. Review it before publishing. We process your content only as described in the privacy policy; these terms do not grant additional permission to train models on it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ScriptSeen to produce content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without consent. Do not scrape, resell, or automate the service beyond ordinary personal use without written permission.

6. Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable at times, and features may change. Where practical we will announce material changes in the studio or by email.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ScriptSeen is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
