The short version, then the long one.

You write briefs, ScriptSeen writes scripts, the scripts are yours. Free accounts get a daily allowance; Pro is a monthly subscription you can cancel any time.

1. The service

ScriptSeen generates short-form video scripts from the briefs you enter. Output comes from an automated model; read it before you use it. We do not guarantee that any script is accurate, original in every phrase, suitable for a platform's rules, or that it will perform.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; activity under your account is yours. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, circumvent limits, or attack the infrastructure.

3. Plans and payment

Free accounts and visitors get a limited number of scripts per day, stated in the studio. Pro is a recurring subscription billed by Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law where you live requires it. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

4. Your content

You own the briefs you write and the scripts you generate. You are responsible for what you publish with them. You give us permission to process briefs and scripts to run the service and improve it, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ScriptSeen to produce content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without consent. Do not scrape, resell, or automate the service beyond ordinary personal use without written permission.

6. Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable at times, and features may change. Where practical we will announce material changes in the studio or by email.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ScriptSeen is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
