Signing in
ScriptSeen uses Google or Apple sign-in; there is no password to reset. If sign-in fails, allow pop-ups on the web or check that the app is online, then try again. Use the same sign-in method on the web and in the app so your plan and saved scripts follow you.
Daily limits
Visitors get 1 script a day, free accounts 3 and Pro 50, plus reference reads, coached takes and live coaching as shown in the studio. Limits reset at midnight UTC.
Subscriptions
Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe: open the account menu and choose Manage subscription to update your card or cancel. iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple: cancel or change them in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone. One Pro plan covers your account in both places.
Refunds
Web charges: email us within 14 days of a charge you did not intend. App Store charges: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
Open the account menu on the web or the Account tab in the iOS app and choose Delete account. This removes your scripts, saved library and web subscription record; it cannot be undone. An App Store subscription is cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
Something broke
Tell us what you did, what you expected, when it happened and the device or browser. Screenshots help. We do not need your script text unless the problem is in it.
